What’s the tone of the content — formal, friendly, technical?
That’s entirely up to you. I write in your voice — whether that’s casual and friendly or more professional and informative. During onboarding, we’ll agree on the tone and style that fits your brand best.
Can I use the content in my email newsletters as well?
Yes — all content is yours to reuse across your marketing. You can copy blog intros into emails, use social snippets in newsletters, or adapt the posts however you like.
Is this content SEO-optimised? What does that actually mean?
Yes — all blog posts are optimised with proper structure, headings, keywords, and meta data. I also format the content to match what Google looks for in useful, long-form posts, especially for local search visibility.
Do I need to send you images?
No — I’ll create a custom image for each post using royalty-free licensed assets. If you have brand images you want me to use, you’re welcome to send them over.
Can you schedule posts to Instagram or other platforms too?
Yes — as long as the platform is supported by Buffer and you provide login access, I can schedule to any social channel.
Will I get reports or performance data?
With the Premium package, yes — I include a monthly performance check-in. For the Essentials and Growth packages, I don’t include analytics, but I can advise on how to track performance using tools like Google Search Console or Buffer analytics.
